⚠️ important Note: This guide applies to versions of SAINT Enterprise Accounting 2025. Make sure you have your valid license before you begin the installation.

Always select the latest version available of the installer to ensure the latest security updates and features.

- Locate the downloaded file (usually in
Downloads) - right-Click → “Run as administrator” (mandatory)
- Select the installation language (English recommended)
- Defines the installation path (default:
C:\Program Files\SAINT\)
💡 Tip: If you make an upgrade, the installer will automatically detect the previous version and will preserve your settings.

- Update Version: For migrating previous versions while preserving data
- Client Installation: Only for workstations (requires server configured)

Parameters of the SQL Connection

In the settings window of the database, enter:

| Password | Key that is defined during SQL Server installation |
🔐 Security: Never use the user
sa in production without changing the default password. Create a specific user for SAINT with limited permissions.

- click “Install” and wait for completion (2-5 minutes)
- Verifies the message: “Installation completed successfully”
- Restart the computer if the installer requests it

- SQL Server
- Name of the database (suggested:
CONTABILIDAD_EMPRESA) - Username and SQL password
- click “Connect”
- Confirms the message connection successful

- Expected in the automatic creation of tables (1-2 minutes)

- Menu: Help → Activate License (or similar depending on the version)
- Enter your Serial Number (20 digits)
- Enter the Hardware Id (generated automatically)
- click on “Activate”
- Awaiting confirmation of activation successful
